Sala Cottage is a lovingly restored country holiday house in the estate courtyard which boasts views of the Pennine Fells, estate deer park, lake and mature gardens. Sala Cottage is a charming design-led property with warm contemporary design, this is offset with feature clad walls, striking tiles and the highest quality of finishes. The house has three bedrooms, two kings and one double. All of which are served by a family bathroom and spacious wet-room. On the ground floor guests find a large oak-floored sitting room, family kitchen, dining room, boot room and toilet. To the rear guests will find a secure garden, with a 6-person hot tub, BBQ, seating and wonderful views for miles around.
The property has biomass central heating and comprises of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen-diner with seating for 6 people. Spacious living room with open fire, smart TV, music dock, two large sofas and occasional chairs.
