EEFFC Club Rules

1. The season opens on the 15th March for Salmon and Brown Trout. Salmon season ends 14th October and the Brown Trout season ends 30th September
2. Grayling season 16th June until 14th October
3. Fly-fishing only is allowed. Floats, spinners and ledgers are forbidden.
4. Maximum of 4 rods per day permitted
5. Each member will receive five guest tickets
6. Rodsharingispermitted
7. Maximum 3 days fishing in a row unless otherwise agreed with advanced permission
8. Fishing to be booked directly through Edenhall Estate website.
9. EEFFC runs a full catch and release policy for all species
10. Prime season for salmon fishing is between 1st August and the 14th October and members are limited to 3 days back to back, a maximum of 3 times during this period
11. No pool hogging, fish a pool and move on. There is no shortage of excellent water to explore
12. Bleeding fish must be returned to the river for nature to takes its course
13. Dedicated car parking will be detailed on the beat map
14. 15% discount on all Edenhall Estate accommodation, booked directly with the Office
15. All anglers on fishing club waters must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency (EA) licence at all times. All relevant EA bye laws will be observed on club waters
16. Members fishing do so at their own risk and on the understanding that the Club accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons or property
17. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times 19.All members will receive a Members gilet with club logo
